The KÄmo team works closely with association officers and volunteers to consistently provide value to the association and its membership. We support our clients through the coordination of operations, managing technology needs, preparing background information and decision-based documents, providing support in planning and implementing special client projects and events, managing dues process and membership database, coordinating clientsā publications, designing and creating promotional material and providing customer services to client members. KÄmo’s staff is trained to support existing and potential clients in a timely and professional manner.
Annie Wiest, owner and Managing Director of KÄmo, has been providing administrative services since 1989 and has held leadership positions in the finance, relocation, personal development and customer services industries in Asia, Canada and the United States. Her association management experience began in 2001 when she combined association administration and meeting planning responsibilities. Her design ability and advanced computer skills provide clients with the best in creative services. AnnieĀ works directly with association officers and volunteers to consistently provide value to the association’s membership. She has a broad range of experience in the meeting industry and has supported various sizes of client meetings that range from board meetings to conferences with an attendance of 50 to 750 over several days.
Staff cross-training will ensure that service continuity remains intact during typical life-events (vacation, training, staff PTO).Ā Current total staff including permanent employees and long standing contract employees of over 5āyears. We have extensive experience and a successful track record in delivering association management services.
